What payment methods are available?
Plural Pleasure accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:
ideal, Credit card and Paypal

When will I receive my package?

Orders placed on working days are usually delivered within 2 - 3 working days ( in The Netherlands ).

Orders outside The Netherlands may take 1 or 2 days extra.

 

Can my order be delivered somewhere else?
In The Netherlands, your order can be delivered at one of the 900 DHL service points (without extra costs ).

Do you deliver discretely?
Yes, our products are shipped in nondescript boxes with only our address on the mailing label.

 

How to return or exchange my product?
If you are dissatisfied with any item, it may be returned unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt.

 

Please note:

• Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items when the sticker/seal has been broken
• Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our defect caused the return.
• Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges.
• Please include the invoice or order number in the parcel.
